This Sheba Foods Television website is for its subscribers and those interested in learning about African cuisine, agriculture and packaged products.  Sheba Foods Television, including its employees and agents, assumes no responsibility for consequences resulting from the use of information herein, (or from the use of the information obtained to linked addresses).

Sheba Foods Television is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for, damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to, or reliance on any information contained with the site. While the information contained herein is periodically updated, additional facts and information or future developments may affect content presentation.  We make every effort to see that the information presented is complete.  However, errors and/or incomplete information may be shared.

Automatic Renewals - Recurring Billing

With your permission and without prior notice to you, your Sheba Foods Television monthly, 6-month and subscription will be automatically renewed when due.  The payment method you designated during the registration period will be charged with the amount you agreed to.  To avoid billing for the next period, please cancel your membership before it renews.

Subscription Termination
You may cancel your subscription to Sheba Foods Television at anytime.   Refunds are as follows:

-  Pay-per-view subscriptions are refunded prior to any viewing of the paid for videos. 

-  Monthly :  There is no refund for the month in which cancellation occurs.  Subscribers are welcome to enjoy viewing for the remainder of that month.

-  6-Month and 12-Month Subscriptions:  Refund will be issued for the remaining month of the subscription period.  There is no refund for the month in which cancellation occurred.

Sheba Foods' Termination of Subscription
If a subscriber is deemed abusive of Sheba Foods' content and processes, we reserve the right to terminate or restrict that subscriber's use of our service without notice.
