What are the system requirements?

To take full advantage of our videos you need a high speed internet connection, and a computer with recommended memory of 1 meg.

What resolution are the videos shown?

The videos are streamed at a minimum of 800 Kbps.  Streaming on Macintosh is available.  Download the Macintosh Windows Player on the viewing screen.

What are the fees for streaming?

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit card, processed through our secure gateway, as well as, Sheba Foods Gift Certificates.

How do you accept Western Union and Money Orders?

Make payable to Sheba Foods.  For money orders, mail to 4002 Highway 78, Suite 530-192, Snellville, GA  30039.  Once we receive payment, a Gift Certificate will be issued to the subscriber or designated user.

*  Monthly recurring billing:  once subscription is cancelled, billing terminates but remaining days in a month is not pro-rated nor credit.  Subscriber may enjoy viewing for the remainder of that month. ** 6-months or Yearly recurring billing:  once subscription is cancelled, the remaining months will be credited back to user, but remaining days in month of cancellation is not pro-rated or credited back to subscriber.  Subscriber may enjoy viewing for the remainder of that month.

Do you pay for video submission that is added to the site?

Yes.  Each video will be negotiated for a time period and monthly amount to be paid per the number of viewers.

How much is paid for video that is added to your site?

It varies depending on the video content with each contract kept confidential.  Cooking segments can be 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Training videos can be 1 hour to 2 hours.  First setup fees will be deducted from the initial payment(s) to cover our expenses in getting the video to be stream able (viewed on the internet).

How do I get my license?

Licenses are issued once payment is confirmed - when you see a payment receipt.
(a)   (b)	Recorded cooking videos - two (2) licenses are issued, allowing home & work viewing.    Live broadcasts - only one license is issued. Each IP of the computer that accesses the video is recorded and deducted from total licenses available.

Why can't I login after I've paid?

Live Broadcasts This will happen most often for live broadcasts.  The cut off time for payment is 15 minutes prior to the broadcast to allow us to make sure you can log in.  If you paid after the cut off time, we will issue a full refund on the same day.  The show will be recorded and can be watched later for a lower fee.   Pay-Per-View This will happen if a third computer attempts to watch the video.  Given only two licenses are issued and the system records IP addresses, it locks out the third computer.

Why is the newsletter subscription on www.shebafoods.com site?

Sheba Foods TV is the extension of the Sheba Foods brand.  Both sites interface with each other.  Coupons and gift certificates will be issued at www.shebafoods.com.   We believe that the information to be shared will be valuable to those clients who purchase our videos.

Why does Sheba Foods show on my credit card and bank deduction?

All payment are processed on the Sheba Foods (www.shebafoods.com) site.  Sheba Foods Television is the extension of Sheba Foods online shop.
